What is The W Project?

As incoming students begin their journey at UW-Madison, first year and transfer students are invited to pack the stands at Camp Randall Stadium for a fun-filled evening. Together, they learn game-day dances from WASBs and the spirit squad, listen to speeches from UW Staff and Student Leaders, and then come together on the field to form a giant W for a Welcome Week Photo Opp.

When and Where is The W Project?

  • August 31st @ 6:30 pm

  • Camp Randall Stadium

  • Follow your house fellows over to the stadium when the time comes!
